THIS IS WHO WE ARE

This is what we do for the joy of the King,
For His peaceable Kingdom,
For a world in despair.
And this is why we bring any hope we can give,
Any bread from the table,
Any touch of His hand.
This is what we do.
This is where we go.
This is why we sing.
This is how we live.
This is who we are.

Ikea and Me . . . Pillow Talk

Yep, it's 3:28 a.m.  Went to bed around 10; Mother Nature called at 3, and then my brain started thinking about the coming weekend: Drama team performs a 6 minute sketch that requires TWO sets!!! So, I've been looking at the Ikea website for some ideas on how to dress two sets on a shoestring budget.  Now maybe I can go back to sleep.

Middle of the night scheming/designng...I've done that before. I've come up with some awesome room designs while half awake--the problem is that I never remember them in the morning. (It's probably better that way!) Ikea is the way to go for cheap design...I love that place! (There's also a store in Fountain Valley called "Just Like The Model" which sells model home props and furniture. They carry some more traditional designs and sell at a pretty deep discount.)

If you are looking for furniture type stuff there is an estate sale in Leisure World on Thursday and Friday.
I'll give you the info if you think it might help.
